Earth Day 2023 – “Museum Animals” – 22 April from 10:00 to 12:00

22 Apr 2023

Established in 1970 the Earth Day celebrates the intent to safeguard life by encouraging the preservation of resources and the environment. The impact of man has undoubtedly accelerated processes of intoxication of the planet which have led to the documented extinction (WWF source) of 160 species in the space of 10 years.

Animals that lived in restricted environments, native species of small territories that, losing the balance of their habitat, are now just cards with photographs, pure and simple museum documentation.

The workshop aimed at children from 6 to 10 years, explore this now non-existent zoo and guide you to discover it disappeared and of the still salvageable, suggesting the small daily practices that can contribute to salvation but also giving a purpose, deeply felt by children, such as the protection and survival of animals unknown to us but no less important.
