Performing arts and scenography laboratory
Course duration: from 18 January to 19 April 2023
The training laboratory in the scenographic field where the playful aspect and manual skills mix with the individual and personal characteristics of each of the participants, offering the acquisition of new skills.
The teaching activity is aimed at bringing students closer to the theatrical panorama by addressing its scenographic aspect to acquire expressive technical knowledge, consolidating a spirit of collaboration between participants and the development of creativity of a practical and functional nature. During the 32 hours of teaching, craft processes will be explored in depth, addressing thematic areas such as the urban environment, dreams, migration and work. Each will be given a scenographic rendering through the use of different materials to produce small sets and installations.
The teacher will follow all the steps of the activity, accompanying and guiding the development of technical-practical-artistic information and coordinating all the various phases.
Procedure:
– Once a week, preferably, Wednesday from 3-7pm
Cost: 50 euros for each month of activity (4 months in total) for a total of 200 euros. For a minimum of 10 members up to a maximum of 14. Reservations by 8th January 2023.
Professor:
Prof. Maria Grazia Carta
Set designer for theatrical productions and painter, she has taken care of the staging in numerous theatrical plays. She was a Design Laboratory Teacher in the Furniture Architecture course at the IIS F. Ciusa in Nuoro and takes care of theater projects for secondary schools of ӀӀ°.
